1. Restaurante Flutuante: Dining on the Water
If you fancy something truly special, then the Restaurante Flutuante, or Floating Restaurant, gives an outstanding experience. It is almost just located right on the water in the Praia do Forno area. Anyway, it is that kind of spot where you arrive by boat, already promising a bit of adventure.
The menu really stars fresh seafood. I mean, just close your eyes for a minute. Imagine savoring grilled fish or maybe a bucket of shrimp, right while gentle waves rock you a little bit. So, craving a taste that isn’t typically Brazilian? The Bacalhau do Tuga might be just what you need. This restaurant offers that classic taste from Portugal; this famous spot specializes, of course, in bacalhau, that very delicious salt cod. But you know, I really cannot undersell its charm. That’s the important point.
They’ve got this entire selection of bacalhau dishes. Just the thought of it makes me happy. There is the “Bacalhau à Brás”, “that dish” scrambles salt cod, or maybe “Bacalhau à Lagareiro”, you see, that one is drenched in amazing olive oil, or even the extremely straightforward grilled version where you get that crispy charred outside, then boom; flavor. Besides the “fishy” plates, they include other traditional Portuguese meals, adding chorizo and awesome pastries to really have you think you are in a family kitchen that spans generations of incredible meals.
That said, with an interesting décor which, honestly, creates this rather charming atmosphere, the restaurant makes for this extremely inviting spot. What, too it’s almost not very big either, so the charm increases the more time you spend there.

3. Saint Tropez: Beachside Cocktails and Bites
Now, for people thinking about a chic beachfront experience, very well, Saint Tropez really shows a good choice. Set just some steps away coming from Praia Grande, its vibe brings an area of refinement mixed this this sort of very relaxed beachside charm.
People show up for all of their cocktails and snacks and food. All together! While sunbathing on the beach or just chilling as the sun begins to melt away for the day.
They’re almost famous with this fancy menu of cocktails. Really tasty things, all from classic margaritas over the local “Caipirinhas”. 4. Kiosque daPraia: Casual Beach Eats
If you need a relaxed experience near the water, look no further than one of the casual kiosks located along the beach in Arraial do Cabo. “Kiosque da Praia” almost stands as a popular one, a spot famous with very local people together with many tourists. I can’t go without talking about how incredible Praia dos Anjos is!
I think it stands as an embodiment of casual Brazilian cooking at its finest. I am saying all this stuff basically due to all these spots including simple selections of that extremely local flavor: all together you get things from “espetinhos” that are little meat skewers, “queijo coalho” which really is fried cheese, together with many, many drinks of all different types.
Because of its atmosphere of friendliness, because everyone else is so happy from being at the beach, that feeling tends to just catch on, or something. These kiosks are ideal in order to spend some time with the gang of yours. This, plus taking shelter during a pretty hot day tends to make these spots rather magnetic in general!
Many tend to get pretty full, so it ends up rather worthwhile arriving earlier during sunny afternoons. You see? This is almost how I end up making a lot of friends during my travels! I meet many of them because there’s little place to sit, so “Why not stay with me here?”

5. Pizzaria e Restaurante Donna Itália: Italian Flavors in Brazil
Sometimes when you are far from home, you just feel like what is familiar. And that just might stand as true with foods coming from Italy. You are now in a great position due to the fact you get “Donna Itália”. Anyway, Donna Itália gives meals that taste pretty close coming from Italy to Arraial do Cabo, really satisfying individuals that start craving it or maybe people that dislike “Brazilian food”. Now just how bad can things get?
Anyway, I believe that there are many more plates there apart coming from pizza. From seafood to different stuff together with lots of delicious handmade pasta. Besides, of course, tons of wines (coming from around that part coming from earth) to fully bring up that eating time with the gang!
The position’s very close to the main part coming from town! It also offers some extremely inviting feel. Donna Itália creates a rather soothing stop that is almost sure in order to refresh these travelers thinking of awesome cooking away coming from the many beaches that you end up finding nearby!
