The market isn’t necessarily about fancy artworks; instead, you are there to dive in what’s happening there, what people are like. Everyday Rwandan life does often shine. Usually, the place gets very colourful because of produce, textiles, and crafts being sold, right. If you’re pretty okay with a bit of haggling, arguably, you will find some gems among it all – things you might never find in your local tourist shops. Keep your eyes open, who knows what your mind may bring your attention to. I was so happy to find this lady that created beautiful traditional baskets! Of course I bought a whole bunch of them!
