Top Didj Cultural Experience & Art Gallery
Ever wanna see and get involved in an art spot? It is almost like the Top Didj Cultural Experience has it going on for this. See Prices, Availability & Reserve Now (Top Didj Cultural). That said, it is actually one experience that hands you the knowledge that goes way beyond just the normal traveller stop-off location, right? What happens here, in actual fact, is you do learn a chunk, maybe, from a bloke named Manuel Pamkal, an Aboriginal artist, too.
As I was saying, he goes through some of the cultural traditions. It might also be you’ll learn, seemingly, some of the local language as he walks people through it as well, right? Also, people get to throw a spear, to paint up rocks in this classic local style, and these will probably turn out to be great souvenirs of what you are actually experiencing. To be honest, Manuel and his gallery probably brings that authentic, individual kind of feel to discovering local Indigenous stuff around Katherine, so do swing by.

Katherine Outback Experience
Love animals, plus seeing a crazy display of skills? Then this show may just knock your socks off! See Prices, Availability & Reserve Now (Katherine Outback Experience). OK so that, is probably something kinda different from, basically, your usual historical jaunt. This one provides more of that peep into the lives and work of outback stockmen. You can watch super skilled demonstrations that the crew put on here with these totally switched-on horses and crazy talented working dogs too.
Also, the bloke who runs the show, his name is Tom Curtain, he’s a singer so too he’ll give you all these country music ballads that talk of stock handling and this very outback style that is kinda authentic. I’d guess they don’t try to dress things up, or hide the really down-to-earth style. That said, seeing the respect that Tom and the gang have for those creatures while performing will usually shine right on through and, also, provide something that’s pretty memorable.
