Oakland Outdoor Fun: Top 5 Activities for Nature Lovers

So, you know, Oakland is this place that is pretty cool for doing stuff outside. Very cool, very great for folks who love being outside a whole bunch. Oakland is great as it has some awesome outdoor places where, very cool and fun, things that people can go and totally do. Basically, there are parks that seem chill, with ways to walk or ride bikes, and some pretty nifty places to explore.

1. Hiking in Redwood Regional Park

Now, Redwood Regional Park is, well, seriously awesome if you’re, maybe, into going for walks in the woods. As a matter of fact, with a bit over 150 miles of trails that loop all around and basically go, seemingly, forever. That said, the Redwood Regional Park has trails for anyone, as in for every single body who wants to hike around. Even for people who basically may, sort of, are not in great shape, and seemingly, it may seem very cool to, really, bring folks on dates in the middle of nature. You know, you see these massively huge redwood trees, which basically make you feel just very small, like tiny even. That said, it’s so great. 2. Biking Along Lake Merritt

Alright, then there is Lake Merritt that is sort of a good spot, really perfect for cruising around on your bicycle, is that so? A really nifty trail hugs the edge of the whole entire lake and goes for nearly around three miles, in that case giving nice views of the city and of the ducks and what have you. I mean there are folks bicycling at pretty much every part of the day, as I was saying from really old, to small children trying to learn and do some bike riding, really. As a matter of fact, that bike trail there is nearly completely flat. Also, very ideal to bring smaller children too. I think even doing some bicycling yourself, might be, just, that good a thing. 3. Exploring Joaquin Miller Park

Okay then, there’s Joaquin Miller Park. Joaquín Miller Park kind of has it all actually. And you see this area, as a matter of fact, it does actually have history; in short Joaquin Miller used to reside here. The hiking there it might be pretty neat, that has this very good, great spot that gives awesome views and that is a poet’s house that is really very, sort of, ancient. I think what Joaquin Miller Park, clearly, seems to give, unlike some of the others spots here, you realize you feel rather closer in proximity to city, clearly, as compared to total rural land. 4. Kayaking or Paddleboarding in the Oakland Estuary

Clearly, if you really love water, actually, very truly you seem to enjoy boating and whatever, paddling out from within the Oakland Estuary might basically seem right down your path. Frankly, one can basically rent out, somewhat reasonably, boats, to kayak from different outfits located along, actually the Estuary and then you get a real nice view of things on the bay, by the way! Or maybe there’s really going onto a stand-up board for paddling. I think it does give, to be honest, actually pretty chill sensations out, you realize there isn’t a ton of splash and chop going all about; it is very safe that is. 5. Rockridge and Temescal Climbing

Okay, so that you actually very are very into stone climbing. Rockridge and the Temescal regions are right nearby and I think, literally, Temescal and Rockridge they may contain, maybe, a bunch of sites to scale some walls outside. So, very close also is this whole very large spot it might literally provide courses and also basically, provide places which literally lets one actually literally train to scale and get rather better climbing stuff!
