Surfers Paradise! It’s almost synonymous with sun, sand, and surf, but very, very arguably, it’s just a hotspot for some awesome food and drink experiences, too. Is that right? So, whether you’re after a casual bite after a day at the beach or somewhere fancy to celebrate, this place definitely delivers. So, I’ve put together my list of must-visit spots in Surfers, the kind of places that keep locals coming back and have tourists raving. The food scene here is varied and amazing. From seafood to international flavors, so, you’ll for sure find something that will be just a treat for your taste buds.

1. Seascape Restaurant + Bar: Coastal Dining at its Finest
Located right by the water, Seascape Restaurant + Bar pretty much provides not just awesome food, but also views to die for. It is what sets the place apart from so many others! Anyway, as a matter of fact, you can expect a menu packed with super-fresh seafood, and it’s prepared with a modern twist, of course. First, try the oysters – they’re so delicious and come from local producers. Like your oysters, so, grab the mixed plates because it can bring so much joy and also bring out what the restaurant can provide.
Anyway, the ambience, actually, it’s also something you pay for; very upscale but still relaxed, actually. Also, the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or when you’d want to enjoy an amazing sunset dinner. First, I would highly suggest booking a table in advance, especially if you’re going during peak season! So, they also have a bar area which can bring that casual catch-up with a friend.
So, if the reviews of some other patrons still are making you unsure, arguably the top dishes include grilled barramundi, seafood linguine, and their incredible dessert platters. As a matter of fact, for something a little lighter, so, try their tapas menu at the bar and it is not gonna dissapoint!

2. Kiyomi: Award-Winning Japanese Cuisine
If you happen to like your Japanese cuisine, then Kiyomi, anyway, it’s just a real standout in Surfers Paradise. I mean, basically, it’s award-winning, too! Located in The Star Gold Coast, and so, Kiyomi presents this exquisite dining experience blending some traditional Japanese flavors with a modern twist. So, the attention to detail that you are going to find here and the quality of ingredients actually sets it apart.
Anyway, as a matter of fact, their menu, arguably, it includes the freshest sushi, sashimi, and several innovative dishes from the chef, who likes your seafood so much. Okay, just to give an example, they have some miso black cod or the kingfish carpaccio because these are just popular choices amongst frequent guests. And by the way, if you’re looking for something to impress, or very very arguably for a first date (that’s assuming if your partner loves sushi). Very very arguably, they have Omakase menu. The best part? It really provides a tailored dining experience based on seasonal delicacies.
So, don’t forget the drinks, so too; they boast an impressive selection of Japanese sake, whisky, and cocktails and just can complements with every meal on the table. Just a little advice, definitely try the sake tasting, if it does makes your socks roll, because then it’s something to appreciate. Okay, so, just a quick warning: because Kiyomi is very well-known, reservations are practically essential to secure a seat in there.

3. Hyde Paradiso: Mediterranean Flavors with a View
Hyde Paradiso is something where you’re after, let’s just say, that Instagrammable location with excellent drinks and food. Located atop the stylish Peppers Soul building, so too, this bar and restaurant offers what you could just call an amazing rooftop experience that has the coast line as the backdrop. Right? Anyway, their menu is Mediterranean-inspired, you know, the one that includes tapas, share plates, and tasty cocktails that are sure to start a buzz and please you. Actually, one of their best services!
As a matter of fact, it can be just the great spot to relax after a busy day with one of the greatest selections, from delicious appetizers all of the way to mouth-watering drinks. But when dusk arrives, oh boy, oh boy!, actually, the place transitions into something more lively, as in, into a club where the DJ makes their beats. If you were, say, considering taking your friends from out of town here. It can be somewhere great to make lasting impressions about the beautiful landscape and their culinary adventures to down under!
Okay, some practical advice is that there are always ongoing deals at the moment. Like your beverages, okay then there are selections for these so that you might enjoy drinking without needing to overspend. You know. Of course you’re also in safe hands!

4. Costa D’oro Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria
Oh gosh, Costa D’oro! Anyway, as a matter of fact, it stands for that relaxed place with all that goodness and flavor of traditional Italian cooking, too! Alright? Also, it is located at Elkhorn Ave, Surfers Paradise, alright, and you could actually eat in-house while having your casual catch up. What can you expect? Well you’ll receive an offering from classic pasta dishes, all the way to delicious wood-fired pizzas, also, everything crafted using what you would call family recipes and some great love, as they boast!
Anyway, they do make every kind of order you would typically expect. Starting from seafoods to all types of meat based ingredients. They also come up with their pizzas, very interesting to start out. If you would want the kind that most would recommend so then it could be great to see their website!
In a way, there’s always a buzz; if you happen to appreciate relaxed settings (perhaps for a family?) Costa D’oro can actually please you with a meal that satisfies and a wonderful staff that is really accommodating. However, should you rather just enjoy in the hotel? Just tell them and the meal comes. So, be it by pizza or so many orders that they do fulfill.

5. Stingray Lounge: Cocktails and Vibes
If you like your drinks, actually Stingray Lounge can bring this cool and edgy vibe at the QT Gold Coast hotel and is, oh, maybe just a must-visit if you find yourself in Surfers. As a matter of fact, it’s known for something, like, you know, cool cocktails, with DJs on rotation, very and also their dance floor that will keep your heart alive.
The cocktail menu, I’ll tell ya, actually, it is just extensive, alright, very arguably boasting with its original creations and all sorts of classics, okay? Also, and more, I’d say don’t just be so scared of trying new stuff! You might wanna. I would not know. All I’d know is if there’s something you really wanna expect so just let them know because there will always be service.
