1. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum Ticket
Outer Banks, with its treacherous waters and swirling currents, it’s very famous, sometimes actually infamous, that is for shipwrecks. Because there’s just so much history here, so in fact the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum is just something to be visited. Actually it tells the story of these sunken ships, the lives that were lost, and maritime history, yet that shaped the region. I mean you’re able to get very, very up close and personal, you know, you can find artifacts pulled from the depths, hear first-hand accounts, and really get that feel for the dangers sailors faced and really, you can explore exhibits showing shipwrecks from as early as the 16th century all the way up to modern-day submarines. A good amount of these shipwrecks are because, obviously of war so some artifacts from U-boats of World War II.
When you book the tickets for it, that they go usually around like from basically $8 to $15 that is per person, this ticket allows you entry, still, to all permanent and temporary exhibits that are there. It is highly recommended by us to carve out at a minimal of a 2 or 3 hours in your schedule for you to give the museum that visit, that is giving you adequate amount of time to take it all in. Anyway it is very worth the price you would give, that is because the educational experience and respectful remembrance. Plus it will allow you for further knowledge of why the coast of the banks has this creepy scary but beautiful and yet mysterious moniker as the Graveyard of the Atlantic.

2. Wright Brothers National Memorial Pass
If aviation history sparks your interest, like your probably in the Wright Brothers National Memorial, it is basically, a spot which is basically where Wilbur and Orville Wright did their pioneering work in the Kitty Hawk area of North Carolina. First they have done their work through the gliding tests back in 1900’s at the Kill Devil Hills of OBX, that is after their multiple correspondence from the U.S Weather Bureau. At this area their has always been steady winds which has played a critical role in helping their tests with their gliders which after that helped the aviation brothers for heavier-than-air flight. Clearly this area includes where the reconstructed camp buildings show just a bit of their very humble conditions that they faced at the time of invention. But as I was saying this ticket gives you access to so many sites that memorializes the first controlled and sustained airplane flights in the world, or just America, but the World! As a matter of fact the park showcases all the full size replica of the 1903 Wright Flyer. This very monument does not have just that also yet gives historical markers, outdoor exhibits that give light onto their aviation experiments.
A pass for this spot usually is like 10-20 bucks a person, or even just car-load yet it also sometimes relies in what type of entrance pass there will be which may just include discounts if you’re active duty or military or you’re like senior aged 62 or older or has a disability that the passes that gives you is free. Usually what it offers as well is its multiple entry for seven days starting from the date of purchase. Obviously I really mean, because of the size of the location you have multiple view points and experiences as you circle it and as well is the full size exhibits that is so cool, you actually need an amount of time here so seven days really, right, can add value. Obviously so the Wright Brothers National Memorial, still, does offer so many opportunities to learn about the genius and perseverance, obviously from Wilbur and Orville Wright that did happen right here in the outer banks which did leave such a big mark on us, very, really to human aviation.

3. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse Climbing Ticket
Cape Hatteras Lighthouse! One of America’s, arguably, many known lighthouses and is it something that is just standing out along the coast of Outer Banks for very, very long time. Because the towering landmark has warned so many of all those mariners because it tells the story, frankly, of the area’s maritime, like legacy and engineering achievements of that point. That said to access the inner grounds of the lighthouse area, you can just circle the outer park and view some spots and all historical markers. But, of course if you really want an amazing view you can go all the way up because in your 200 steps or so, you have to secure this Cape Hatteras Lighthouse climbing pass to reach the top of the lighthouse so you have something to climb for.
Frankly the climbing ticket varies like if its in or out of season it is typically like usually between 8-15 dollars and I feel that a little fact should be told, the park also requires the climbers to be like 42 inches which just means they are giving children more security. As I was saying the pass also goes by time, and you could stay and admire this view on each level if you can stay a little bit, which is 15 minutes each to the spot when your turn comes to the upper most deck. As a matter of fact that sounds simple and its like for that amount only but yet a bit too quick because there’s lots of stairs, it could still be that experience. Typically as well that with this lighthouse adventure pass really will reward you of the scenic panoramic ocean views that will bring you on top.

4. Jockey’s Ridge State Park Hang Gliding Lesson
When it is very, that the feeling of flying for you has an idea, as a matter of fact this should just be something that I should write. First, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, just one of Outer Bank’s that is most well- known that spots in order to have its massive like tall sand dunes to show your adventures. Anyway the amazing adventure you have to secure, typically and usually so it is by getting on the hang gliding passes that are like lessons through the different and varied of vendors that is licensed right on that premises which you could see around the location. So the beauty here will just make it, not just great scenery but also give your lessons the view when gliding as well as an extreme adventure in doing a first try on hang gliding. Obviously many vendors typically includes certified and well-trained instructors who are willing and ready to show, of course, what it takes with its basics to teach on some flight that is safely done.
Anyway this instruction takes around from 99 up to the range of 200 dollars or more for you get more that one try. Well this instruction is designed in order that you have it so as it does its training right on those sands from those smaller dune ranges as so that it helps for those lower risk as that you take it for its flying sessions and as you see with those high end gliders they would let you try out eventually. As I was saying obviously a hang gliding lesson, that is even it is done on the smaller dunes could and does bring its amazing experience so you and you take flight or even so when and that is just an unforgettable type moment. A bit as matter of fact so Jockey’s Ridge it does stay and continues and is very well know and just well liked as the most of hang gliding that has smaller elevations that is just what you would feel for a safer jump-off points for a newbie, kind of adventure. Of course the view as well would and does compliment a picture that you would share when and once you land. It’s obviously something that gives excitement but so worth taking.

5. North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island Ticket
Okay, something that needs and should get to see for your eyes here is the aquatic life in Outer Banks when and that that you take this North Carolina Aquarium over in Roanoke Island. Typically speaking and for starters, and even so so, this has an access when that you get that ticket that usually comes as the ranges like $20 up to like probably just almost or near just shy like probably for around thirty bucks for each or per ticket price to that single individual . At the very least so and as of writing you also, that it comes as recommended that you grab or book one slot from their site as it gives guaranteed in getting those timed entries because and sometimes mostly for tourists you may miss those entries or the fact even in getting those guaranteed in entering its spots right away . Because of course as well in doing and knowing of course how their animal encounters, probably just may happen or getting on getting to all that spots which do shows those hundreds which that all comes to life which for me is amazing.
And as matter of fact I do like how, that it has been very like immersive when they create for a little bit more realistic because mostly or always and commonly now what aquarium would really not to have those habitats and the different varieties, kinds for and with so all like from those sharks up into the sea turtles and I myself always appreciate for me those river otters . Very even if with the ticket I think you would see the different attractions that really has some local maritime history as well the park always is something and does it stay as their main objective for that which is or are environmental educational experiences plus getting the conservation in the water area around this part. So yes and therefore I may suggest the place and ticket as its very very a great type educational for an adventurer , for probably family, especially and actually with the younger age of group because that is their interest . Clearly a good day probably can get it done or finish here . I really find always and or mostly like two , three and for some can just maybe 4 so there so thats good.
