Everyone’s got their own way to make it, that is, and so every bowl tastes unique, but the real kicker’s always the sherry pepper sauce. It kicks up the heat a bit. You might add a tiny dash, but some spots really bring on the heat, alright. I had some really delicious fish chowder down by Saint George’s and it hit all of the flavor notes just right!

Every spot’s got its own top-secret mix of juices and different rums, you know? It’s often garnished with a wedge of orange and a cherry. You have to go to the Swizzle Inn. If you enjoy sea food, then there is some exciting dish on this island that involves fresh-caught rockfish, which they, kind of, call wahoo sometimes, topped with banana salsa! Don’t be worried now, ok? At first, the idea sounds weird, like very weird, almost, but trust me on this: it works, and in such a beautiful manner. The mild, flaky fish gets this like, little bit of sweetness from the salsa, which contrasts wonderfully. Plenty of restaurants do this one, that is, but try to ask what’s fresh that day and where they, kinda, caught it from.

The thing, actually, that makes it, so that you have to eat the lobster in Bermuda, and the way that it always is, it does really matter! It makes the meal very worth it.
