The Queensland Museum is, to be honest, not a tour per se, yet it’s, seemingly, a pretty fantastic spot to, sort of, steep yourself in Queensland’s interesting history, specifically at your very own pace. I will spend, maybe, a few hours wandering through all the different exhibitions. I always find something very fascinating, regardless of the amount of times I might visit.

They have, seemingly, exhibits dedicated to Queensland’s natural history, or some Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, not to mention the really vast collection of historical artifacts. You can easily spend an afternoon wandering through displays, kind of, soaking up the stories that are captured within those walls, very impressive, honestly. This option really suits those of you that maybe do not, like, organised group settings and rather value flexibility. Plus, this one’s great value, too, given it is more or less a free activity if you are a Queensland resident, so there is that, too.
