Just things that might really catch you off guard. Each dish is almost, but it’s also really not like, a tiny masterpiece and almost every course has a bit of an interactive or unexpected angle. So it seems. The space itself feels kinda theatrical. The design, which more or less gives the impression that it sort of evokes a vintage circus with pops of vibrant color and playful lighting, can really create, what do I know?, a lively setting that could make dinner a true experience. The cost tends to be higher. This option could really feel more splurge-worthy compared to, maybe, those relaxed tapas joints, seemingly.
