3. West Frisian Islands Coastal Route
Then if you are like, maybe, wanting a real adventure that really makes you forget things from back home for a bit, then actually go on over to the West Frisian Islands Coastal Route, by the way. Though just a little, far from Enkhuizen proper, that’s just a fun drive to get to these islands. But believe me. Okay, that drive is awesome! You just go by, by the way, the ocean mostly, alright, then these views are so incredibly amazing and vast; I mean it really feels like being on the edge of what the whole world is. By the way, try going there when the weather is really something else because that sky over that ocean, just so very big that, I am telling you, you might just keep driving.
This coastal part here has a few really tiny villages. Then, they each got their own vibes, right? Stop for a seafood bite; too, the seafood is almost always fresh, or very buy some gifts there, maybe even from an, like your, local craftsman, even; that way, you have an actual souvenir of what happened. Make sure, even, to stop at a beach, actually, alright, even so you can just feel that sea breeze there. Plus, taking your shoes off, it might almost just feel good. Very nice indeed. 4. Tulip Fields Enkhuizen Area Tour (Seasonal)
Now if you ever make your way to the Netherlands around springtime, you should check out the Tulip Fields Enkhuizen Area Tour; very seasonal by the way, so anyway just keep that in mind. The Tulip Fields really bring the Netherlands, arguably, what it is most popular for; so that way everyone wants to see them, is that so? Around these parts that are close to Enkhuizen, the farmers there really, even, make really beautiful blankets out of those, too colorful tulips that actually extend almost to where you think it disappears. So it’s just a wonderful thing that happens. Take a slow, gentle cruise here. Park in any, by the way, spot to just, by the way, stop. Take a nice walk in some places, by the way. 5. Villages around the IJsselmeer Route
Alright then for that last idea: okay, so if you’re up for a good one. And that really makes you go away from all the, that is to say, other things, too then anyway take on the Villages around the IJsselmeer Route, actually, just so you see all that kind of happens there, in that place. Now this is something they all refer to. Also, the IJsselmeer. It really tends to be a huge man-made lake; there are actually all these sleepy towns just near where this huge lake is. Then the villages? These have all had that old harbor type, of atmosphere. Yet that seems interesting. Anyway, that really can just have you going around so much, still, in a good way. Actually, it’s fun to get out from the regular things. To very try that fish in that town, is that to say, try even checking some little spots. Oh that you won’t believe, that is actually just to enjoy that views there, really.
