2. Alliance for the Arts: A Hub of Creativity

Very much, the Alliance for the Arts works is what some might call an anchor in the Fort Myers art scene. What with its galleries, theater, and classrooms, the location is more or less a complete center for local artists and art admirers. Basically, the changing exhibitions, I think, showcase a bit of artwork that is from area talent. Sometimes you might see oil paintings, or it could be modern sculptures. We might say that you never quite know what you’re gonna see! The performance events give some entertainment of their own! I find the classes and workshops very engaging, too! That said, they’re excellent should you want to improve your individual skills! Or just get your feet wet!

3. Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center: Restored Grandeur

Arguably, the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center is an old courthouse that’s just gotten a makeover into a spot for different kinds of arts and happenings. It feels very spacious as soon as you walk in. Really. Now, the art exhibitions are displayed within the building! And the architecture and its background provide a cool layer of depth when visiting! I like the live music shows! Typically, there are classic orchestras to even hip jazz ensembles. Also, they’ve got rooftop parties, and I’ve heard they are cool for catching night sights of Fort Myers.

4. Art Walk in Downtown Fort Myers: A Monthly Celebration

Plenty of the neighboring stores and places serving food, like your little restaurants, take part.
