So, its home could be Olancho Department, as I was saying, but anyway that very substantial stew got its reputation throughout Honduras. Really good! The thing that sets this apart has a whole bunch of various meats that just might include beef, cured pork, plus chicken! Seriously, its kinda stewed up with veggies such as plantains, yuca and cabbage. Oh! You just shouldn’t forget the spices which are just often added in large quantities, which results in that flavor depth. Seriously, it is deep! Almost is like those elements mingle slowly inside the pot and become this kinda super tasty comfort dish that you see typically at large gatherings like festivals! Very interesting! Sopa de Caracol: A Taste of the Sea
