In a way, one standout I must share with you is this: Seared Kangaroo Island scallops. Oh, yes! A place you’ve gotta check out is Kangaroo Island Spirits, better known by the local abbreviation, “KIS”. It’s like your chance to experience what seems like award-winning Australian gins and liqueurs. Very interestingly, it was this distillery, way back in 2006, that has basically earned some kind of recognition. Its contribution? Spearheading Australia’s craft gin.

You can actually tour, taste test stuff, and they actually run classes, as well. What seems quite interesting to sample? I think their Wild Gin! So what?
