Okay, so Korcula, with its cool old town and chill vibe, is very much a star in the Adriatic. It’s also that jumping-off spot for some awesome day trips. 1. Hvar: The Jet-Set Island with a Heart

Like your adventurous side? Yeah, climb up to the Fortica fortress! You will not regret it. Up there? Epic panoramic views.

4. Proizd Island: Untouched Beauty

Time for one of Croatia’s best-kept little secrets: Lastovo Island. This is definitely much further out than that other choices. Still, hear me out. This makes this trip an adventure of a very very unique type. It gets fewer crowds since its further away.

What to expect: You will experience an atmosphere! I’m telling you it just feels slower, you see? People are living an even simpler life here, with really unspoiled nature. By the way, that lack of light pollution? So, perfect for stargazing.
