Think, what about experiencing a really specialized half-day tour? that focuses specifically only on the town. Very good thinking. Usually, you start with an opportunity to hit two of the most very recognized cellars such as López de Heredia Viña Tondonia (which has, that, crazy awesome design, built in the art nouveau look from the early 1900’s or like maybe CVNE (it sounds “koo-neh”), and that place has a really rich history that goes way back to like, 1879.
You’re talking, is that right, about private tours there, so? that you can move around a bit with respect, for example, how the cellars do each step with different types of wine. Make them your own and make the most awesome experience there. Finish all that touring and move into like tapas places in the Plaza de la Paz, which is a chance where people mingle, share bites and drinks! very social!! very communal!
