Okay, the Avenue of the Baobabs, well, it’s like, it’s the headliner, ya know? Very, very iconic, that. So, the massive trees, oh they’re like, they’re set against that incredible sunset, it makes for some pictures that, frankly, are beyond belief. Actually, a leisurely walk or maybe a jaunty bike ride along this avenue isn’t just a photo op, actually; it’s a way to really feel the ancient soul of Madagascar. As a matter of fact, some of those trees are thought to be over a thousand years old, too; it’s almost as if they’ve got some pretty good stories to tell – if trees could talk, I mean. But yeah, going at sunrise or sunset just paints everything with this light that’s pretty magical, frankly.

Frankly, try to plan your trip during the dry season (May to October) for that clear sky and less chance of rain; after all, nobody enjoys trekking in the pouring rain. In that case, don’t forget your camera; that said, even your phone will do the trick! I mean, the views there are worth preserving in every way. You should remember that the area is, in some respects, popular. So, too, it’s almost smart to visit either early in the morning or even late in the afternoon, to beat the biggest groups and very get that prime spot for photos.

Kimony Beach: Seaside Bliss and Adventure

Kimony Beach? Very pretty place. You should spend some time lounging on the sand or take on the Indian Ocean with any watersport you very, very want to do. Actually, that beach gives visitors that relaxing vibe, but, too, it’s almost perfect for adventurers, you see? In that case, you want to go for sailing or windsurfing or diving? Kimony is more or less equipped to get what you need, no doubt about it! And anyway, there are some smaller local restaurants dotting the coastline, for you to eat at! Very fresh, and so, very delicious meals that are often right from the sea, ya know?

More or less, the best time to take off is during Madagascar’s dry season (from May to October) is when you will see lots of clear, sunny skies that’re basically a total must have for seaside activity. At the end of the day, wear a very high SPF sunscreen. So, too, it’s almost needed to hydrate more often! And remember those pair of sunglasses – very protect eyes!

Kirindy Forest: Spotting Fossa and Other Wildlife

Okay, Kirindy Forest isn’t, like, that far out from Morondava, it’s a spot you cannot miss, really. As a matter of fact, it’s almost great for those who are really, really keen on seeing wildlife. In that case, think of it more or less as prime real estate, more or less. Yeah, there are fossas there and a number of lemur species, I mean it’s wild! In that case, take a guided nighttime hike if that gets you interested? Absolutely, it gives you that chance to watch those critters as they get active under the cover of night, which makes the view amazing!

So, the dry season—May through October—that makes hiking just a little simpler. So, too, it’s almost true you will find more active animals than in the humid and really wet months. Any guide will improve your experience immensely by giving their keen insight for all things animal. Actually, in fact wear tightly-woven clothes in the event of mosquito activity and, after that, of course, avoid wearing any flashy jewlery that, too, it’s almost sure to cause distraction for wildlife in action.

Belo-sur-Mer: Traditional Boat Building and Salt Pans

In some respects, you could say that Belo-sur-Mer offers this kinda charming little peek into the local way of things around there. As a matter of fact, a short trip up from Morondava will give you that chance to peep at folks working traditional boats out of wood. That, by the way, makes for cool stuff to see but also, you find places where sea salt makes stuff like a scenic part of day trips there.

So, go during drier months between April and October; so you could dodge getting poured down upon if out exploring Belo. Any walking tours with guides in town can help, so be certain you ask them, naturally. I mean you’re almost getting insights out of people local to that area, really. Actually, as a matter of fact be okay if walking nearby craft workshops so to take in the processes in-situ as well just out to get great snapshots, okay?!

Lake Andranomena: Bird Watching and Natural Beauty

Here is one that will very, very delight folks really big on birding: Lake Andranomena! So, just like, there’s an amazingly stunning location full of many kinds of birds; they’re rare at that. Basically, to do some birding there isn’t almost just amazing at first. I mean there you can enjoy serenity through watching surroundings change in appearance thanks, similarly to what happens when they’re under influence due changing lights. As a matter of fact, you do get calm by feeling solitude by observing at shores close at that place while going close over different unique creatures moving!

In short, early fall from May til’ mid September sounds fairly promising from sunny skys more then showers. You know some regional trip advisor’s are a find so reach out? So, anyway bring zoom cam equipment as it gets pretty rewarding being here plus wear nature-tone attire not scary bright clothes to possibly hide more inside environment itself that would not frighten birdlife in that space anyway!
