2. Restaurant a l’Agneau: A Traditional Alsatian Feast
If you want some seriously classic Alsatian grub, well, the Restaurant a l’Agneau – translated roughly to “At the Lamb” – that place will bring a proper, delicious experience. Located right in the heart of Obernai, it does this by offering traditional recipes that’ll warm you, that it will from the inside. Choucroute garnie, which has to be the Alsatian dish *par excellence* and Baeckeoffe which has three meats. Both are super worth sampling, alright?
It is cozy there with it having this rustic sort of decor with old wooden beams, too it’s almost what contributes to this feeling that you’re being teleported somewhere warm with lots of good cheer. We came here, it was last winter, remember when we’d done this snowy hike around Mont Sainte-Odile? 3. Le Freiberg: Casual Dining with a View

But still the food hits the spot too! It definitely offers kind of a more casual option than places like L’Agneau.

My husband and I, he likes it; what it provides is somewhere that is nice but chill and we’ve had some pleasant times when its good enough just hanging out watching the sunset.

4. Boulangerie Pâtisserie Jacques: Sweet Treats Galore
No visit that’s not paid a visit to an authentic French bakery is really quite complete, you see.
