This time it was for a travesseiro, a local pastry that is kind of a light, flaky pillow of dough with an almond cream filling. Seriously, it was the perfect sweet snack to have while exploring. This little break, in a way, made the whole day feel a lot more relaxed and less like we were rushing from one point to the next, right?
