Ok, being in the desert, fresh seafood that, I would suggest, just might sound a bit questionable? But believe me, Mitch’s Prime Seafoods crushes any doubt the second that their food hits your mouth! I want to emphasize that Mitch’s isn’t just a restaurant; It has a certain feeling about it, similar to stepping into a swanky seafood spot in a coastal town.
Speaking plainly, I go bonkers for their oysters. They’re usually served ice cold and shucked to order, and if that wasn’t enough, they have all kinds of different toppings that you’re free to garnish it with. Each and every board is packed to the brim with artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and various kinds of accompaniments. The accompaniments are super local.
They put in lots of effort curating wines here. So don’t pass that up to get a sip of, well, delicious wine!
