1. Ca’s Patro March: Seafood with a View, so too it’s almost otherworldly!
Ca’s Patro March is that type of place you see in postcards. It’s set right on a cliff in Cala Deià, and just, well, the views are totally unreal. Picture yourself chowing down on super fresh seafood while gazing out at the clear blue sea. It’s pretty spectacular, as a matter of fact. The food? Mostly grilled seafood that is sourced very locally, the taste is amazing, you know. And, yeah, it’s not the easiest place to get to (you might have to hike a bit), but honestly? It’s ever so worth it, or so it seems, and stuff.
The vibe here is, in a way, pretty chill but still kinda upscale, you know? That’s that thing, in short, the prices reflect the view and the fresh catch. If you are trying to have a special dinner, this is certainly a go-to, honestly. Make a reservation way ahead of time – this spot is popular for a reason, isn’t it? Like your dream restaurant.
What to Order: Grab the fresh grilled fish of the day. Seriously, you just can’t go wrong.

2. Bar España: Tapas Done Right, or are they?
Right, so if you are after some seriously authentic tapas, Bar España is, like, *the* spot. It’s very close to the center of Palma, you’ll find that this lively bar has been serving up amazing small plates for yonks now, honestly. And, yeah, the place is always buzzy. And, honestly, is kinda crammed, which is all a part of its old-school charm, actually, literally, honestly, just.
The deal here? The tapas are what gets people in, clearly. Think classic Spanish flavors: patatas bravas with that yum sauce, delicious little pinchos, and seafood that’s incredibly fresh and seasonal. They do have a pretty solid wine list too. Basically, perfect for pairing. Anyway, is not just a spot, is where people get together to chat with folks who know food.
What to Order: Definitely get the patatas bravas, and then that grilled octopus, just for the halibut.

3. Mercat de l’Olivar: Foodie Paradise, or a delusion?
Mercat de l’Olivar is kinda hard to avoid. Okay, so, this isn’t one particular place, yet. It’s the whole market! But hear me out – is like food heaven. Picture just row upon row of vendors selling just, like, everything: fresh seafood, local meats, just mountains of fruits and vegetables. The energy alone is well worthy, very, very. Even better, there are tapas bars inside the market where you can grab just cooked stuff on the spot, right so. Perfect for sampling loads of local stuff, right.
Walk round to check it all out, is really what it comes to. Okay, so grab a few bites at different stalls, you know? You might as well go to taste the very heart of Majorcan flavors and aromas. Oh, right, is ideal for brunch, and that sort of experience, if you’re looking for something really unique. I mean, it all works as one cohesive thing.
What to Order: Pick at random – honestly, just go to whatever seems amazing. Oh right, so keep an eye for fresh oysters and Iberian ham!

4. La Molienda: Coffee Lover’s Dream, that is so dreamy!
Okay, now for something a bit different, you know? So, if you absolutely love good coffee, right, La Molienda should totally be on your list. Its, well, a small, seriously stylish cafe where they treat coffee very seriously, which is like your serious thing, of course.
They are extremely fussy, to boot. They do source their beans just, you know, sustainably and roast them right there. So you can grab every variation. Latte art game is, you know, way strong as well, that’s pretty special. Apart from all the deliciousness, you get fresh pastries and light breakfast options to match. The staff will make you feel welcome every time.
What to Order: Try one of the cold brew options if you want a cool, caffeine pick-me-up, anyway!

5. Abaco: Cocktails in Style, but not fashion!
Abaco is truly special. That, so that it’s like a cocktail bar in a grand old Majorcan building that’s overflowing with fresh flowers, honestly, is rather unusual. You should plan an unforgettable night.
Going on in that stunning place is more than drinks, I guess. What really kicks things up is the theatrics! I mean, just you have to get your camera prepared: occasionally, showers of flower petals fill the air during your sip. The cocktails are pricey, just a bit, arguably. Still, just that they are brilliantly concocted. And that whole place itself is pretty amazing. Okay, then is worth the trip, I mean, basically!
What to Order: Try any of the signature cocktails – all are an experience.
