2. Exploring the Cueva de los Aviones (Cave of the Airplanes)

Cueva de los Aviones

Okay, so this might be a bit of an odd name, right? Cueva de los Aviones, that almost sounds like some kind of James Bond hideout, but no! It is actually a cool natural spot just outside San Vicente. It has huge caves, crazy cool rock shapes and really good views that just go on forever over the surrounding mountains. It will possibly be an adventure just getting there on the roads, then add some walking, so yeah it is not a sit-down-and-watch tour at all. Be prepared to be out and about, like your actual, adventurous explorer! You can clamber and poke around the caves for some cool photos, so you’ll want to put aside plenty of time in your day for this one. Very instagrammable.
