Top 5 Eden Island Day Trips: Your Seychelles Adventure
Thinking about fun outings from Eden Island? The Seychelles, is that group of wonderful islands, holds a special appeal, right? You have Eden Island, it’s almost this sparkling jewel. And it’s absolutely great to be able to hang out and get out into the sun here. The area serves as a great springboard into pure Seychellois paradise. Getting to jump on over to other places around this gem shouldn’t just be something you think of doing. You’re absolutely going to make lifetime memories when you plan things. What I’m going to do for you here, is put together, so, too it’s almost, these ideas on how you can go check out spots like Praslin and La Digue. You may as well visit these, seeing that they will give you experiences, which are really unique.
1. Praslin: Vallée de Mai and Anse Lazio
Ready for a trip to Praslin? Praslin, the second largest island in the Seychelles, it’s just a boat trip away, really. Many ferries and tours set off daily, it is that going to allow very easy access, arguably, to this fantastic locale. Praslin’s real jewel, well, in my view, it is that its Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve. The island contains some peculiar wildlife and plantlife to pore over, so expect nothing less than a deep exploration into nature, alright? The place feels somewhat primeval. You are almost wandering inside some nature show as soon as you set foot in there, is that what they call high-perplexity content creation?
Vallée de Mai has the famed Coco de Mer palms, that, arguably, can only be seen on these islands. Just imagine tall trees towering above. They kind of darken, anyway, the forest’s interior; which, incidentally, also creates a sort of tranquil hush around you. Plan on going slow to admire nature, I think. You might love watching for critters and hearing local bird sounds.
And, of course, there’s the absolutely incredible Anse Lazio. This stunning stretch of beach it might be considered to be, in many eyes, the prettiest, I suppose, across Praslin Island. And arguably maybe across all of the Seychelles? Expect calm blue seas that gently lap against the shore. Also know, anyway, that there is fine powdery sand just perfect to lounge out on. When you fancy having some swim time, what I will say, too it’s almost, is that swimming is great because the waters stay calm and transparent a bit, is that how things are done? Should you begin to feel like a snack and some drink are wanted, I will note, just a little, that places serving great foods will line the shoreline and that’s something great.

2. La Digue: Anse Source d’Argent & Island Charm
What could be more perfect than going to La Digue? Getting to La Digue could potentially involve going from Praslin; in some respects, you simply hop onto another ferry; and arguably the quick boat changes will get you there very quick. On arrival, what you’ll find is that La Digue has that more cozy tempo; with bicycle rides making them somewhat preferred. Get set for that postcard landscape, as I see it. In fact, there may exist absolutely no shots in the whole Seychelles with that much fame as one picture, for example, showcasing the iconic Anse Source d’Argent.
Now Anse Source d’Argent; this spot has rock formations, I guess. These formations stand sculptured beautifully next to very clear seas. It’s almost dreamlike! Just think: Soft pink sand which slopes very gradually into gently lapping waters. Spending quality time wading feels amazing here!
A visit means more than only hitting beaches though. I personally enjoy places like L’Union Estate Farm. This location, so, gives insight on days of old and displays how the place processed things, like coconuts. As a visitor, naturally, one also sees things like gigantic tortoises or even what became their prior colonial home! One thing, which does happen, it could be, is one could potentially explore what exists as old graveyards; but sometimes even still go riding on horses, it tends to be the way, so you shouldn’t worry.

3. Curieuse Island: Giant Tortoises and Doctor’s House
How does hanging with turtles sound? You probably can access Curieuse best, I think, when you ride aboard boat trips mainly originating from Praslin; it seems to me that way. I’m pretty sure those voyages very often integrate destinations elsewhere; consider St. Pierre islet maybe.
Prepare now, for that free feeling that comes when you roam where many giant tortoises live free! I will tell you the island stands being that unique destination where these tortoises run unhindered and also welcome close chats given their soft character, it seems likely that way. The thought behind conservation shines bright at locations, I suppose, as the island houses different programs created for securing them for generations! It gets to be really very impressive after a time to walk among, or simply maybe feed many ancient looking giants! And I can almost guarantee some special memories made. So it goes.
Next find some old colonial architecture, such as that old Doctor’s House from years back. That little museum acts well to describe certain past eras regarding then-medical functions of its spot, so that works great. And take great photos while moving about along specific mangrove boardwalk locales along here.
