3. Restaurant Can Font: Plates Full of History

Walking inside Can Font will throw you way back because this old family place is really one-of-a-kind in Encamp with so much heritage, too. Look all around because their food isn’t just tasty, you see, it’s the kind of meal your grandmama might have put together that includes old traditions from the location. That is, you may want to take pictures of it.

Start out with escudella, because this hearty stew with veggies and meat is a solid introduction. It fills you up nicely. Then, maybe get onto their civet de jabalí, which tastes like you caught it right out in the woods; and pair everything off against those heavy wines around these bits. Located right near the Grandvalira slopes, Les Pardines is there, you see, offering hungry snowboarders some grub as soon as they pull themselves in off those hills; I mean, their method involves fast stuff mixed right next those peaceful slopes where any taste and anyone wanting down time feels invited when walking in.

Nestled, I was saying, into those more charming pockets across Encamp, the place that is known to locals mostly involves La Mosqueta. The location turns pretty darn attractive given its aim toward getting smaller snack varieties onto guests which turns really awesome in having smaller sharing events made alongside buddies to pick or eat lightly during breaks somewhere between days events as its very central from much elsewhere.

Now as it starts; get, very very likely, all that plate that will hold patatas bravas done their method especially paired off toward many tastes.
