Trou d’Eau Douce, a place with such a wonderfully charming name, is that sort of, like, totally relaxed village located on the east coast of Mauritius. I mean, that’s where you can, say, hop on a boat to Île aux Cerfs. So, too it’s almost become known for more than that, that is, tasty food. Yes you know it. And, very refreshing drinks. I would say that, usually, the charm is actually pretty easy to see as you walk along, say, the coastline, but that isn’t all you can find around there. Let’s explore what’s so awesome in Trou D’Eau Douce, shall we?

1. La Case Poisson: Seafood Paradise

First, that one I always make sure to mention is La Case Poisson, actually this seafood eatery could be right up your street if you’re craving seriously fresh catches, arguably it’s the best there is! Located right close to the water, it provides seriously outstanding views, a little different, very calming atmosphere, it really does complement their meals. Imagine actually tucking in to freshly-caught fish as you stare at the ocean – I mean, talk about the seaside vibes, you know? I mean you do. This place usually comes up a lot with those wanting, like, genuine Mauritian flavors.

They’ve got things like grilled lobster that’s so rich, with a succulent taste or perhaps you like the the crab curry which tends to be brimming full of all those local spices? Just a little bit of paradise, really. I mean you know? In addition to the superb meals, that one’s got friendly, just a little bit more personal kind of service to it; that just, in a way, make the meals that bit lovelier! It could be, I am, of course, sure that there is the buzz on, I mean so get in quickly. It tends to get more busy during those peak dinner hours, it’s often got people piling into it!

2. Le Four à Chaux Restaurant: A Touch of Elegance

Now this one’s maybe for somebody wanting their dining location somewhere stylish, you know? Le Four à Chaux I think, could be the greatest thing on the list. Nestled so neatly into a beautifully restored lime kiln (now do you get that part about “chaux”? Lime in French), that’s probably the fanciest spots from around here. Le Four à Chaux probably balances like fine cuisine alongside like, a touch of local flavor. Actually, their meals aren’t that traditional or really old recipes though, that’s kind of modern takes that still honor the traditional Mauritian tastes. And still deliver something new!

You could find stuff that isn’t really just like anything. So too its almost those smoked marlin salads actually using seasonal, that tends to be pretty local fare; they’re going to have stuff like heart of palm and passion fruit vinaigrette – all really top food items. Anyway this whole feel, I feel anyway, it’s more romantic due, arguably, with this low lights and like, super cool views extending away on the harbor. Anyway, they are known rather highly for that massive range regarding this top level wine cellar and also their unique cocktails, should you like an drink.

3. Green Island Beach Restaurant: Relaxed Beach Vibes

If you want somewhere that will seriously keep you comfy whilst still letting it all be Mauritian I think that’s probably, pretty much, that point by way of Green Island Beach eatery, so just to be clear! Set only close from the sand, they’ve probably got quite the relaxed yet, also rather a good buzz so it brings everyone with them to that location throughout the days to watch them have the day in the location of Trou d’Eau Douce. If they like getting a bit closer into beach existence!

Green Island Restaurant usually does lots of really laid-back style food items like grilled meals along with pizza, perfect really I guess for filling people! It looks like loads just sit around outside soaking up all this atmosphere when drinking something delicious. They’ve probably also acquired the very amazing cocktails for those sunset spots making the perfect chance just to sip drinks near from all them lights over upon waters on them far spots from there in paradise. Anyway they always will get the place fully filled from that late afternoons but I seriously still consider that its the place fully, literally to consider if something isn’t really complicated but is near with your shore adventures on this spot.

4. Tropical Fruits Restaurant: Fresh and Local

So the person in the market for seriously legitimate food, perhaps Tropical Fruits should be on any consideration because of that fresh things along with seriously area sourced products to keep eating seriously properly I would reckon! In what may have been a very basic layout still along with lots with friendliness that’s usually family operation to it, the establishment is something on showing area foods plus foods throughout them flavors coming away just at where your dinner always, apparently, arrives at.

5. Sik-Yuen Restaurant: Authentic Chinese Cuisine

Anyway to consider a spot apart in your Mauritian adventures around the eateries too here because who’d had thought what Asian stuff here, just a little for such big diversity really. Yes you know. Here comes Sik-Yuen’s! Most would, I guess, understand these classic cooking versions from those most experienced by anyone because anyone loves a place in being near for family and for eating tasty! Now Sik Yuen comes across to be so known by folks that it can seem more a good consideration than that last one by these awesome classics throughout each spot.

It looks like you could perhaps love chicken chop suey’s here that could perhaps have some, such for tasty meats or so forth regarding awesome chow-meins, just to show diversity really inside everything because those who do that here tend, naturally, to make great dishes inside those foods. These atmosphere could possibly still, mostly, still give a basic style than many ones for having lots luxury I would probably agree; what always is great here and why folk enjoy would have just the spot with food and these large meals around from there, too; maybe after everything this just gets for something good as the main food from their whole travels or times.
