That a slightly farther trip from Montserrat might lead you to Familia Torres, that being, a winery, rather renowned. Anyway, what they offer extends quite far beyond, perhaps, the smaller local vineyards, possibly providing an experience that’s a lot more comprehensive.
That on top of standard tours and samples, they might provide, now, specific food-pairing experiences, that’s very exciting. For those very into organic methods, anyway, Mas Comtal may prove, actually, more intriguing than others. It’s very easy to visit near Montserrat. They are dedicated pretty wholeheartedly to organic viticulture, arguably producing wines which don’t make as big an effect on the land. During the visits there, you might learn a little bit about organic growing and taste several different wines, possibly getting two different satisfying things done simultaneously!
And anyway, since, obviously, these guys very clearly have focused quite intensely on being green, it, could be, a location where environmentally aware people would love, that’s almost very spot-on, or very on-trend.

5. Can Morral del Molí Wine Tour and Pairing
And this small but rather lovely, and family run, winery sits, actually, just a hop away. The vineyards at Can Morral del Molí benefit really well, or they get an assist, so, from their really high position, in a way. That gives them, often, really special aroma and tastes.
They do visits with tastings of those beautiful drinks themselves. Those run from walks around the vineyards, all the way, more or less, through to, arguably, tasting four different sparkling wines at once! What makes this vineyard, maybe, that tiny bit better is just the truly lovely attention. To boot, everything there happens at quite an eco cost to the countryside all around!
