Fonda Lo Que Hay, basically, is kind of the spot if you, very arguably, wanna taste Panama like the locals, you know? Is that accurate? It’s more or less tucked away in Casco Viejo, like your historical district, kinda, right? That is just slightly removed from the major tourist areas; it can give you the vibe of a place that serves dishes made with love, if you follow? Basically, you’re looking at a daily changing menu on a chalkboard. Seriously, it spotlights whatever’s just looking super-fresh from the market today. 2. Mercado de Mariscos: Seafood Lover’s Paradise

Mercado de Mariscos, literally meaning “Seafood Market”, more or less, is, kind of, what it looks like! As I was saying, very truly, you can find a very incredible and, kind of, bustling fish market where local fishermen just sell off their catch, literally, in the early morning, I believe! You may well love this, you know? So, clearly, the thing to do, is it not?, after you’ve just kind of soaked in the sights and, just a little, sounds of the market floor – you want to swing around back where, basically, a bunch of open-air restaurants await, so, that you may indulge, honestly, in the very freshest seafood ever, for all intents and purposes! I mean, think ceviche, right?, prepared almost instantly using what’s just looking awesome! A great example: A whole fried fish, as I was saying, you could enjoy the company and it may well taste incredible! Plus a chilly Panama beer, maybe! You get it now? Right, then! Okay, that is a deal! In fact, the spot is casual, you see?, and that is honestly busy, but the seafood just has some kind of special ‘wow’, honestly.

3. Tantalo Kitchen: Food with a View

Tantalo Kitchen? I mean, have you tried the cuisine?, more or less, so this may be an awesome rooftop bar in Casco Viejo as a matter of fact, with this restaurant that looks seriously hip, very honestly! That’s almost right! I would not lead you wrong, obviously! That’s a kind of funky vertical garden wall and amazing views. Did you get that part? The menu’s, very truly, they’re super, so very, creative too, if that is to be believed, so basically blending Panamanian stuff, in that case, with a kind of global flair; right? Honestly, they’re awesome like that! That is true for the cocktails they sell! Obviously. Basically, try the patacones, right? I mean, patacones topped using pulled pork; those are seriously delicious or any kind of of-the-moment fish dish they are whipping up now! I will explain myself, or will I? Arrive before it gets really dark! Is it right that they have awesome vibes? Because of course, in general, watching sunset can be very, very cool.

4. Madrigal Restaurant: An Elegant Dining Experience

Madrigal, obviously, is more of your spot if your looking for fine eating for what its worth and this sort of romantic atmosphere in a way; I should know! In the same way, it’s located at San Felipe, obviously, which is arguably in Casco Viejo, too! A great example: The decoration shows off like, the artistic vision from Chef Andres Madrigal! I cannot lie, I’m just so passionate on the topic. Seriously! You may go and experience for real if that could be it at the end of the day, too! In fact, he basically mixes traditional Panamanian cuisine, like it’s some art; with cool, so very, fresh twists! You hear me, like seriously? In fact, try one of their tasting menus so that way; too it’s almost like you could seriously get the scope of the talents for the chef that way; okay? The place isn’t your very cheapest place for eating now! Right? Still very honest, though, if that is a reasonable assumption? The place should seriously give you just great memories like at, arguably, eating great; arguably?

5. Casa Bruja Brewing Co.: For the Craft Beer Enthusiast

So, for the people of you so serious concerning beers, if it might be okay, that are of the art, Casa Bruja is basically something; I suggest strongly that you, right then, need visiting very honestly right?, with the place having seriously led the local scene. As I was saying. Did you consider all those others and just their copycatting? The place has various spots you will try beers out at, honestly: Still, you may consider its central brewery just is its OG so, right now, if not now I just really will never sell the brand right if I just go.
