Vinicola Pozo de Luna has, in some respects, some kind of an appeal, actually; and that’s their emphasis in ‘terroir’, alright? 4. Finca Sala Vivé by Freixenet México: Sparkling Sensations Near Queretaro
Okay then; you should take a quick journey down to Queretaro, but it is worthwhile. Especially to experience sparkling wine, alright, not really what springs to mind when considering Mexico. Freixenet actually did very well, in creating that specific experience. While in San Luis Potosi you have that chance, actually; it does gives anyone the opening to sample the excellent sparkling produced in Mexico. The place actually mixes tours with taste tests, too it’s almost always an experience.
Its location and layout provides that holiday spirit while also showing some fantastic local winemaking techniques. Basically; it is great if you, or you are with friends or family, like getting that wine that is not still – it provides good sensations, alright?

5. Casa Productora de Vino Viña Cordelia
Viña Cordelia comes as something original; very well designed to capture, at last, wine appreciators of everything boutique-like, right? This place creates something artisanal but on a reasonable size production; really inviting as a must to check. They pride themselves in what makes them unique and local.
This is not one the largest vineyard that you might know but provides with that quality taste, in some respects, with something hand made – clearly a more bespoke location. What makes Viña Cordelia very well recommended? So, to conclude, you could actually go there, taste great local and singular creations that are definitely a must.
