2. Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary: Get close to some very amazing Animals

The Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary is one place, I guess you’d say, that those who find animal life super-captivating can go, but it actually gives a very deep look at trying to save chimpanzees that are in a bit of trouble. It’s an, seemingly, quick drive out from Freetown, too it’s a, typically, special experience to see these lovely apes roaming a pretty natural bit of woodland that serves as their protected home. 3. Banana Island: See Nature at Its Purest

Banana Island is, maybe, the type of place for people who want to see something quieter and see all kinds of plant and animal life together, basically, because there you can see places just full of history in with that very unique bit of West Africa’s outdoors life. Quite often hailed by some as maybe “the world’s finest beach” by people in the know, Number Two River Beach offers not just wide swathes of white beaches, but actually places for people who want something other than that. Imagine a sort of beach where the water slides in very gently before climbing into jungle-y hills: that is what makes Number Two special. 5. Bunce Island: Face Something Stark about the Slave trade

Bunce Island acts, it seems to me, as some place that gives you some information about all those transatlantic journeys that may have come to these parts.
