Top 5 South Africa Tours: Sightseeing & Cruises – A Detailed Look
Thinking about seeing South Africa? Well, very you’re not short on choices, that’s for sure. I mean, there is this almost overwhelming number of ways to see the sites. It’s five great South Africa adventures. I’m thinking it should point you in a very excellent direction.
1. Cape Town City & Peninsula Tour
Visiting Cape Town? Well, this trip just might have to be on your list. It goes right by just about any ‘must see’ site. The trip starts with Table Mountain. Going to the top might need some nice, clear weather. Then there’s the Cape Point trip. That has scenic paths right where the Indian plus Atlantic meet. To be honest, it is a bit cool.
That’s not all, not at all. There are nice visits to see local places. Think Kirstenbosch Gardens and also a very poignant visit Robben Island. That gives you an amazing feel for local life and background.

2. Kruger National Park Safari
Going to South Africa, and want a look at wild animals? A Kruger safari is what you should want. So, it’s a spot to check out ‘the big five.’ You might get views of lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, plus buffalo. In the wild too, that is just great.
There are tours from very basic ones that take a day. Then there are better options. The safaris can run a few days. You know, like camping. Or very upscale lodging is very possible. That allows deeper trips in the park. You also can see sites both at dawn, then right when dark closes in.
People seem to be so into seeing big game at close range. Lots, too, are very big on guides knowing their stuff, very great lodging. That almost makes seeing the park that much better. One warning: booking is great, pretty far ahead is a super idea. Specifically for times around high-travel dates, or very unique trips.

3. Garden Route Tour
Want an adventure down scenic routes? And lots of green? Well, the Garden Route is a thing you should look at. This path has almost everything: cool forests, shorelines, plus small places with tons of appeal. All right next to each other too it’s very fun.
Lots of these trips kick off in Cape Town then head to spots like Knysna, Plettenberg Bay. Pretty fun outdoor experiences? That includes hiking. Maybe a few visits to parks or just going to cool places known far and wide. You can actually find tons of animals there, too, at that route!
Guests most times go crazy on just how views seem to come out of nowhere. So too the variety that these trips give those that sign up. Tips for travelers? 4. Whale Watching Tour from Hermanus
Looking to spot a big kind of animal near water? Think about tours out of Hermanus for viewing whales. Many know this area well, that it is one great place to see southern right whales as these gentle giants travel these shores during specific months. So, too, can one see some real fun from shore!

Durban trips often join city walks right into trips out toward the Valley of 1000 Hills. In one, explorers enjoy all of the city buzz along with native Zulu cultures.
These trips usually show you places. Very famed spots like the Golden Mile beachfront or places right in city centers. Then tourists visit communities to witness customs right in the Valley of 1000 Hills area, and find out what daily life may represent there.
