Arlington House Museum Speightstown

OK, this one is slightly different. Arlington House Museum can be your ticket to really find out everything to do with the interesting background to Speightstown. Apparently it is found right smack in the center of Speightstown, it’s easy to find, very cool, that very old building that actually, dates right back to the 18th century. But, it’s more than just a very, very old building; like, inside, it’s this interactive museum that’s filled with exhibits to make learning something that’s quite engaging, not a chore at all.

Arguably, while you are visiting, the museum explains that history about that port town. The economy and what happened over time. You will hear, that that economy back then heavily, actually depended on like sugar and trade. Then they have this thing about what it was like for that earlier population and, very the interesting thing about the slaves and what that situation involved back then, pretty deep. Anyhow, you might want to set aside like maybe one or two hours to really do this museum justice.
