I figured that since you were coming this way, you should learn what Boone, North Carolina has to offer regarding places to grab something good. Boone, that is, really shows you a good time, mostly with the variety when you’re trying to fill that hole in your stomach or wanting to tip back something tasty. The Copper Grill: Elevated Comfort
Copper Grill is almost what I would call that spot with some class, while managing to keep things pretty casual. Copper Grill just so happens to be that place that mixes, you know, easygoing vibes with dishes made of really, really fine ingredients. You are greeted by this inviting, yet classy feel the moment you walk into this fine location. This spot isn’t like, very, extremely complicated with any confusing foo foo plating, and very artsy stuff going on. I would go ahead and say that their menu, more or less, features, you know, traditional Southern and American dishes, yet gives them a distinct and, that is, memorable flavor. You are going to find that the chefs take that farm-to-table approach quite seriously, so Copper Grill gets that good, good stamp, and that means most of their ingredients, could be local.
I bet you’re wondering, ‘what should I try?’ Well, you will typically see my behind headed straight towards the shrimp and grits, a menu item that they nailed that very well and the hickory-smoked pork chop, which just so happens to have this smoky, savory flavor that will blow you completely away. In case that’s not enough, you should keep your eyes peeled for those seasonal specials, the fresh catches are almost always great. Their cocktails happen to be as equally impressive as their dishes; very well I may recommend their craft beer selection. So, to put it simply, what’s going on here is there’s definitely, absolutely, and completely something here for almost anyone. I’m not kidding, they almost go too hard. If you, like your sophisticated comfort food in an atmosphere that is like your approachable yet kinda fancy, Copper Grill will go absolutely above and beyond what you expected, just a bit.

Lost Province Brewing Company: Brews and Views
Oh boy, listen up; you can find Lost Province in a prime location in downtown Boone, very near the main drag. Anyway, what I wanted to point out is that this brewery provides its guest with more or less something other than just great beer, it’s like, your complete, total package. Not to mention this bad Larry happens to have a relaxed setting and scenic views and honestly the best freaking wood-fired pizza.
In case that’s something that sounds cool to you, this establishment takes that passion about their handcrafted beers very seriously and what goes hand in hand is providing a wonderful, great, amazing community gathering place. You’ll be getting served up with a wide selection of brews that more or less goes all the way from your standard IPAs and stouts to your crazy, experimental flavors. All these drinks use quality ingredients, I do in fact suspect that there will be a beer there you enjoy.
If you end up asking me, I’m going to recommend, that you check out their Blowing Rock Ale. Or, if you don’t like that, the Appalachian Pale Ale, what happens is that both these beers do, basically, embody, clearly, and obviously the spirit of the High Country. We were chatting about that wood-fired pizza, so, really, literally, and honestly don’t leave without ordering one. Very, very, very, very popular combos that happen a lot in this here place are very typically and usually ordered with a tasty beer of your choice. If you are like your tasty beer and delicious pizza with, you know, a chill mountain atmosphere, very literally head up over to Lost Province Brewing, very much.

Proper: Comfort Food with a Twist
I bet you’re gonna tell me that Proper is probably your best way to go for that modern dining happening, they will in fact serve that, like your old fashioned comfort food. If you end up grabbing a look at their dishes, they give that fresh, very flavorful twist on your southern classics. One cool aspect you might observe is that Proper has your super stylish digs inside, which goes very, very well with their relaxed environment, it really sets the scene.
They place very much an intense focus on sourcing seasonal and very good quality ingredients. Not only, very literally do they, sort of, feature very killer dishes and daily specials, their drink game just so happens to be quite good as well. The menu they cook up does basically range, so what’s gonna happen is there will be things for your savory and lighter fares and your heavy indulgences.
I, so, can definitely point to the fried chicken sandwich and the shrimp tacos as just being, kinda, just phenomenal options. These just do, like your simple kind of food extremely good. They very highly also offer that extensive list of craft cocktails, more or less that mix those classic mixes that are fused and diffused. When the climate agrees outside you probably would be happier by going over to their patio area, I’m guessing that vibe is gonna feel like no other.

The Boone Saloon: A Local Legend
Okay so I wanted to let you know about a legend round these parts. That is to say Boone Saloon might very well be one of the more old timers in Boone, NC, the Saloon has actually very recently made a name and spot in the town and minds of the townies, anyway, that gives off that kinda friendly and welcoming environment. It, as a matter of fact, seems a lot like you just walked into that rustic establishment that has really much, some, several flavor, and style that the guests can come together for local musical experiences, that of course comes along with great beers and great eats and a party that always goes.
Basically you can get your fill here, no matter if you’re, like your burger guy, sandwich, gal, or, and stuff, something a little beyond, because their extensive menu should probably go right on up your alley and stuff. You’ll very probably find one the very killer part is what’s being provided is your classics, along with dishes with something fresh and something a little different to switch stuff up. You’ll also get, now, basically treated and taken in with great pride about what beer that’s gonna tickle you fancy from this place, I would not want you to forget about that part.
As far as this stuff is to go by, for a very super, duper long period this stuff that happens here is well really known, for all practical purposes it’s for music shows and those moments they do the night shows. It so happens to be an enjoyable party when a local comes in. You very absolutely can get there really pretty very very early just so this would occur for you as your visit to the Boone Saloon will most likely grant you really a fantastic look right over all of that amazing parts about what this region gives the guests for real dude, that, is for the absolute positive sure. Stick Boy Bread Company: Baked Fresh Daily
Hey! Okay. Check it, the Boone location is the mothership. Stick Boy’s treats here are more or less made to order. This place just has baked goods which are killer man and everyone would say “totally yes bro” if you would mention this store, also this might actually tell anyone a good word, right?
What’s very seriously being placed and put at work, is some baked daily breads and this can become some coffee shops to some people here in the areas and places just so this can almost basically be told on their business cards. If anything I probably can’t just seriously ever begin just going by this store without making these certain baked goods from any selection you grab from anything from these cases I can find myself around.
From many perspectives if you’re like me, you’ll more or less very quickly see how you could do pretty okay if this business makes their coffee with you because a coffee always really should just honestly be had from this thing. These products have just kind of become really really iconic to this location where those mountains you like surround, just kinda kinda so if this gets anyone feeling really cool, grab someone right now before anything can change.
