So that choosing the just right cultural tour can, in a way, seriously deepen your experience, tends to really be so very important. I think we are looking at five tours here, then I’m, in short, going to share what makes them awesome, yet the parts where you might want to just think for a bit too. 1. The Real Mary King’s Close: Going Underground
The Real Mary King’s Close, is that right, that offers up like a seriously amazing look, naturally, at Edinburgh’s past, more or less, basically going straight into the closes, and the old streets underneath the city. What once might have been a bustling district now stands pretty still underneath the Royal Mile. I mean the tour mainly gets into stories regarding disease, and everyday lives, also the living situations during the 16th and 17th centuries. It might give a proper haunting, actually immersive experience. I think the actors really help just bring that story pretty alive. That being said be, very mindful that the tour goes pretty far underground and may feel a bit restrictive for anyone possibly feeling claustrophobic.
