Actually I’d suggest fish or maybe, possibly a hearty stew, now that depend. La Cave de l’Estérel is, kind of, very nice, what stands out, basically is, that’s their knowledge when it comes to wine pairings. 2. L’Amandier: Fine Dining with a View in Saint-Raphaël

L’Amandier, that view by the way! Pretty impressive. Right above Saint-Raphaël’s port. Frankly, I guess, the food, in fact, really is a spectacle here. Still the presentation that, actually, I would have to admit, it borders on art. That said, expect fine dining at its peak. Okay, I feel that you might agree, that it features innovative dishes crafted using fresh produce from the market. Actually that would also change with the seasons.

Okay, so, very this location is much more of a local’s kind of favourite, you’ll get the idea that the chef does like cooking traditional Provencal food that taste even great. Yet as a matter of fact, there is an amazing value. So come hungry, be prepared to be welcomed into the culinary treat offered.

For the starter plate to give some punch. I suppose, that would be to enjoy soupe au pistou – for that to show you where its going, anyway that does make this restaurant different to other options. By the way, after this very flavorful starter, you know it gets real. Naturally try its dish named daube provençale if the time allows. The food’s something else but its wines are a must too. Naturally order red with food if its the cold days. If its hot maybe, potentially take on the whites!

4. La Plage: Beachside Dining That’s Memorable
