1. Discovering Loreto’s Charm Through a Historical Walking Tour

Loreto Historical Walking Tour

Want to get to know Loreto from the inside out? That old town walking tour is probably the way you should go. A guide takes you to see all those cool buildings, the church is the most popular one, and you hear all those historical stories. You know, stuff you cannot really read in a book. So the tours usually start around the Mission Nuestra Señora de Loreto Conchó. This is like, arguably, the first mission in Baja California. Then you check out that Government Palace and some really ancient houses that are nearby.

As I was saying, you stroll along the cobblestone streets. Maybe, arguably, you get some interesting facts and stories about the culture from back in the day and, just a little, from now. Walking tours often let you in on the local restaurants and the artisan stores that maybe you do not find on your own. Basically, a walking tour? You get a closer experience of this town.

2. Isla Coronado Boat Tour: A Day on the Sea of Cortez

Isla Coronado Boat Tour

If you feel a bit adventurous and, arguably, want to see wildlife, you totally need to book a boat trip out to Isla Coronado. Isla Coronado is often called the “Jewel of Loreto.” These boat tours bring you out, across bright waters. I mean, seriously, it’s kind of beautiful just being on a boat with the wind. Once you actually reach that island, you typically can swim in that clear blue water, do some snorkeling, or just, really, kick back on that sandy beaches. Seals usually like that rock around there so have that camera set.

Several tours may add lunch and snacks to that trip. Too, almost everyone will rent you out snorkeling gear. So think about the things you want to do and go from there when you pick out the tour. So there really are some amazing views out there and it is great for people of every age group to kick back, seeing how easy to walk that beach actually is.

Off-Road Desert Canyon Tours Loreto

Got a hunger for adventure? That’s where a desert off-road tour might come into the picture. In fact you can rip all over the trails just outside of Loreto. You usually see some slot canyons and, maybe, a spot that has some desert wildlife, even if it is that far out there. Often the guides bring everything you could actually need, arguably water and also helmets. It is usually fairly hot.

Be sure that is who you really are when booking these. I mean are you down to actually tear around? I should mention too it’s almost best to think these things though. The desert is seriously unforgiving if your equipment isn’t in tiptop shape. That being said, just like your regular vacations, many tourists recall the wild ATV day the most. They usually are pretty extreme and make memories for those involved!
