3. St. Augustine Distillery Tour & Tasting
For the over-21 crew that wants something to do besides history stuff, alright, the St. Augustine Distillery provides free tours and tastings, just so you know. Located inside a reconstructed ice manufacturing plant from the 1900s, if I am correct. They show you how they create little batch spirits there. Getting there is pretty convenient, basically.
What you get: As a matter of fact, this guided tour shows you the whole distilling process from start to finish, to be honest. I mean everything starting with local ingredients to what it tastes like after a bit. Afterward, you could try samples of the spirits such as vodka, gin, rum, and bourbon. It is possible to go wild just a bit, and swing over to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park! So, one of the oldest in Florida, which houses every alligator and crocodile on Earth!
