1. Ore – Ducasse au château de Versailles
Now, Ore – Ducasse au château de Versailles, could be where history meets food. Imagine this, as a matter of fact: you’re having dinner inside the Palace of Versailles itself, that is. Is that not crazy?, right? It’s a slightly fancy experience crafted by Alain Ducasse, but you know, it offers something truly different. I was saying the food seems to be French classics redone with this modern twist. It tastes a bit like you are experiencing old world extravagance yet, it tastes fresh, at the end of the day. What about lunch after exploring the palace gardens or dinner when it’s all lit up, basically?
Must-Try: It is really impossible to pass up the Vol-au-vent; the preparation on the flaky pastry is done in the highest standard that is a reminder of all the great French meals.
